Whether you commute a couple of miles by bike or hope to be the next Geraint Thomas, most of us at some point wonder how we can get more out of our bikes. I've tried my fair share of weird and wonderful setups over the years and will be happy to advise you.

I use tubeless tyres on all my bikes. They allow for lower tyre pressures which means more grip for mountain bikes, and lower rolling resistance and greater comfort on road bikes. They also give great puncture protection. I've ridden thousands of miles on tubeless tyres from South Wales' potholes to the cobbles of Flanders. This conversion requires compatible rims and tyres which I can advise on.
Note: Tubeless tyres don't like to be sat around unridden, so I do not recommend tubeless tyres on bikes that go unused for long periods.
Most serious sport cyclists consider a power meter an invaluable tool. Unlike speed or heart rate, both of which are subjective, power is a true measure of your effort and performance and can establish zones within which to base a structured training programme. There's a huge choice of power meters to suit all bikes and budgets. I recommend Rotor products for their quality but have tried many others and can offer advice, installation and calibration of your power meter to ensure you get the best from it.
More and more road cyclists, especially commuters, now feel it necessary
to record their journeys with at least one camera in order to protect
themselves against unfair blame from other road users.
I've tried many, many, MANY types and setups over the years and
will be happy to advise.

Confused by sag? Rebound rates? Compression damping? Volume spacers? Mountain bike suspension can be difficult to understand and if poorly set up can make the most amazing bike feel horrible. Perhaps your bike was never properly setup for you from new, or maybe it's been sat a while and needs tweaking to suit the terrain you're riding. I'd recommend a regular MTB suspension tune to get the best out of your bike and enjoyment of riding.
