My name's Alex and I love cycling! From learning to ride on a driveway in Barry to a World Championship race in Australia - it's a brilliant adventure that never ends!
I've been building bikes since I was 15 and over the last 30 years have created everything from full suspension mountain bikes to commuters to state-of-the-art road and time trial race bikes.

I live in St Brides Major with my wife and children. My fully-equipped workshop has a Zwift station that you're welcome to try. There's always coffee brewing and I'm always happy to talk bikes!
